Contractor Registration 

Contractor Registration Period

All contractor registrations are valid from January 1 through December 30 and must be renewed annually. 

Online Registration Instructions

Contractor registration is now completed online. All applicants need to create a Citizen Services account in order to apply for a contractor registration. The steps below illustrate the process to create a Citizen Services user account and apply for a contractor registration. 

Please Note: The system will send emails with various notifications related to your application. The email you use to set up your user account will be the email that receives all automated correspondence.  Please add noreply@viewpointcloud.com to your contacts to avoid these messages going to spam.

Step One: Click "Apply Online"

As shown in the image below, click the blue "apply online" button to begin the contractor registration process.

Step Two: Click "Sign Up" and Complete Application

As shown in the image below, two options will appear, log in and sign up. If you have not created an account, click the "sign up" tab at the top of the window and enter your email address and password . Then click the blue "sign up" bar at the bottom of the window.

Step 3: Submit Payment and Save/Print Contractor Registration

Once your application has been submitted, staff will review for completeness. You will receive an email notification with any questions or, if the application is compete, a link to submit payment and print/save your contractor registration. You may also check the status of the application at any time by logging in to your Citizen Services account.

After reviewing the information above, if you have additional questions on completing the online application, please contact the Community Development Department at (708) 579-2320 or permits@lagrangeil.gov. If you are unable to complete the application online, you may schedule an appointment for staff to assist you in completing the application at Village Hall.
