1. How do I report a street light that is out?

Please send an email to the Public Works Department providing the location of the street light that is out. Typically repairs are made within one week of receiving the service request.

If you have an emergency that requires the immediate attention of Public Works, such as a broken water line, please call the Police Department's non-emergency number, which is (708) 579-2333.

3. How do I report a pot hole?

Please send an email to the Public Works Department, and be sure to provide the location of the pothole including the street name, nearest address, and location in the street (i.e., eastbound lane, northwest corner, etc.). Typically repairs are made within one to two days of receiving the service request.
